The Pole Aerobics Portable Dance Pole has been designed for you to pole dance in your home. It's specially engineered to go up and down quickly and easily in just 5-minutes.

Here is an overview to give you an idea of just how simple it is:

	Slot the three sections of the Dance Pole together.
	Unscrew and extend the top and bottom sections of the Dance Pole until properly secured.
	Insert the full Assembly DVD video, select your workout and prepare to dance.
